The success of AWFS has been largely due to the ability and enthusiasm of the people involved.
There are many different sorts of people working with us, and in many different locations- from Cairns to Melbourne, and even telecommuting from further a field.
What sorts of people? There are:
- Advisers, many self-employed and some salaried.
- Para-planners, who are generally employed in one of the offices.
- Clerical and administrative people, some with insurance PA backgrounds and some with more general office experience.
- IT (eg SQL and ASP) and marketing consultants.

As a growing firm we often have vacancies. Existing Advisers have a variety of backgrounds. All have at least IPS 146 competencies.
There are even places in Australia that don't yet have an AWFS office! maybe you'd like to change that in a location near you?
